I have eleven years of UX experience from various sectors in B2B & B2C. I am UX certified from the UX Design institute.

I have line management skills and have led a team of four designers within a product squad giving support and delegating work. I have led team/discipline operational development of a team of eleven. 

 

I enjoy coaching and mentoring designers to their full potential and in my personal time I mentor on ADP
